How can I book a property?

What are some advantages to working with 21st Century Rental?

It costs absolutely nothing to utilize our Property Management Service!

We do a full screening for every short term tenant to ensure only the most respectful occupants.

We offer free keyless entry so that only yourself and management have a key to their property. This also ensures that short term tenants have access only for the nights they’re booked to stay.

Also, after every short term tenant, your property is cleaned to the highest standards by a professional cleaning company. Additionally, can we provide references from other happy property owners.

What if I have a question about the home or its amenities?

No problem! We offer 24/7 support. Anytime, day or night, we’re there to answer any question you have.

When do I check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 3PM or later. Check-out is at 11AM

Who would be staying in my property?

Out of state business and leisure travelers who are seeking something different choose properties managed by 21st Century Rental. Our short term tenants are prescreened for identification, are pet free, non-smokers, and typically stay for 1-3 nights.

Is there any charge for working with you?
